Lunar New Year 2020

Packaging Design

Brand Identity, Art Direction, Illustration

To present The Year of The Rat by featuring the festival iconic ornament; the Chinese knot. The knot illustration is purposed as the main visual code of LNY 2020 edition activation to symbolise the closeness of relationship bonds during the festivity.

Alongside that, the knot is also meant to tie The Macallan 6 pillars and 2020 sign zodiac gold coin to complete the illustration.

The deliverables of this project are packaging design for duo pack bottles, 10 individually designed red packets, red packet sleeve, festive band for other Macallan's products and greetings card design.

Project completed during the employment with Agence Chic. The works shown all copyrighted by the company.
